A handcrafted pendant with a wooden Tiwaz ᛏ rune paired with a tumbled black obsidian in macrame. It is tied with a black hempen cord and secured with a black sewing thread.
Tiwaz means "the God Tyr" and embodies a very forward energy. It is paired with a black obsidian to invoke, promote, and empower an inner strength, discipline, and forward-moving energy within you and your life, as well as invoking protection!
The size and appearance varies between each crystal. See photo for general size (top measurement is in inches, bottom in cm).
The wood is lovingly and ethically sourced, and as such, it may vary what type of wood you get... however, you can always rest easy knowing it was ethically sourced by me, directly from the Swedish wilderness!
Please note that the wood is untreated, so treat it with the same care you would your crystal!

General Properties
Black Obsidian is a wonderful protective stone, that also purifies.It is also a stone of transformation, metamorphosis and change.
It can also assist our psychic abilities and aid us in manifestation.

Elements - Earth, Fire, sometimes WaterTiwaz means "the God Tyr", and is a rune with an energy akin to what one could call a 'spiritual warrior'. It is very forward; the shape itself is like an arrow seeking out its target. However, it is also a very positive energy. It is fair, just, disciplined, and honourable. It is bold, but also willing to give and sacrifice of itself for the greater good and wellness of all. As such, there is also a protective element to this energy.
The rune is from the Elder Futhark. I have consciously chosen to work with the Elder Futhark rather than the Younger one for these pendants.
All runes are paired with a crystal that I felt vibrated well with the energy of the rune - they are not following any form of universal correspondence.
