The customer (in this document referred to as you) agree to these Terms of Service whenever you pay for a service or product. Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase I invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any physical products that You purchased from Me through the webstore, such as crystals, spell bottles, etc.

For Terms of Service for my non-physical offers (such as readings, spells and Reiki) ordered either through my store or over communication through emails or social media, please instead refer to Terms of Service and FAQ & Policies.

Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "I/Me", or "My"; in this Agreement) refers to Wild Moon Lilith, registered business as sole proprietorship to Saga Nadia Lilith Bond, Sweden.
 

Goods refer to the physical items offered for sale on the Service. Physical is any product that is sent you to physically, over traditional mail. It does not include my non-physical offers (such as readings, spells and Reiki).

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Me, in these terms solely referring to physical Goods. For terms for non-physical goods, please refer to Terms of Service and FAQ & Policies.

Service refers to the Website.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party You have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Me of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform Me of your decision by:

I will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which I receive the returned Goods. I will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 14 day.

• The Goods are unused and in original quality.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized

• The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

• The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

 

I reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in My sole discretion.
Goods will always be refunded in accordance to the cost at the time of purchase. As such, Goods sold on sale will be refunded at the purchased sale price, rather than the original price.
 

Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Me. You will be given the return address upon contacting Me in the above mentioned ways (over email or through the contact form).
 

I cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, I recommend an insured and trackable mail service. I am unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Delivery Policy

I cannot be held responsible for delays or Goods damaged or lost in shipment, nor can I be held responsible for any Third Party interference with an Order. While I strive to send packages in a safe and secure way, there may be restrictions in case of International Deliveries.

Please allow up to 6 - 8 weeks for International Deliveries, and 2 weeks for National Deliveries. If the Goods have not arrived after 8 weeks for International Shipments or 2 weeks for Domestic Shipments, and I have been able to verify that the Goods were lost, You will be offered a refund or replacement.

Terms of Purchase

When purchasing physical Goods from My Website, You acknowledge and agree that each product may vary from the photos presented on the website due to natural variations in the Goods. Crystals naturally vary in size and appearance, and due to the nature of handmade Goods, there will always be variations between each item as each item is made and/or customized by Me.

When purchasing physical Goods from my Website, You acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing physical Goods rather than a metaphysical effect. While I pride myself in producing items that align with My metaphysical beliefs, You acknowledge and agree that metaphysical effects may vary and due to their intangible nature thus cannot be guaranteed. As such, any items sold with metaphysical or spiritual qualities described are solely for entertainment and/or decoration, with description of associated metaphysical attributes rather than the metaphysical being a guaranteed part of the Goods. You purchase these items at Your own discretion. 

I cannot be held responsible for any experiences or consequences of a purchase of My Goods. You are ultimately responsible for Your own safety, health and wellbeing.
