Scroll down to see shipping costs and alternatives. However, all shipping costs are estimated using weight, and thus the final shipping cost can only be seen in check-out. It will be calculated for you automatically. However, for personal reference: I use grams, and a crystal pendant may weigh anywhere from around 30g up to 90g, and a spellbottle may weigh around 20g.

All prices are listed in SEK (Swedish kronor) by default. All currency conversions listed below are approximate; up-to-date currency conversion available upon check-out. Prices are listed excluding VAT.

I offer three different forms of shipping worldwide: an economic (untracked) option, a tracked option, and an insured option (please not that insured may not always be tracked, depending on country). I ship through PostNord, which is the Swedish postal service. If you want to arrange a different form of shipment for any reason, please contact me to explore alternative, customized options.

Returns & Refunds

You may return an item for any reason within 14 days after purchase, in accordance to Swedish and EU standards. In doing so, you will be issued a refund upon the return of the item. The item must qualify for return in accordance to my Store Terms of Service. To qualify, the item must be in original condition, and be physically returned to me within the allotted time.

To return an item to me, simply contact me over email, social media, or a contact form within the time-limit; you will then receive information on how to proceed with the return. Please note, I do not cover return costs, and I will only refund an item that is successfully returned, so I highly recommend returning the item tracked!

I do not offer refunds on my services, with other words, non-physical items, as they cannot be returned. This is because the service if the service is provided as per our agreement, it is fully 'delivered' and thus done. As you cannot 'return' a service already rendered, I also cannot provide a refund.

Please allow sufficient time for an item to arrive to you, especially internationally. I am not responsible for an item getting lost or damaged in transport, as I will do my best to package it and provide the requested shipping method for the optimal and safest shopping experience. However, to ensure its safe arrival, I highly recommend you opt for the tracked shipping!

Please do contact me if you have not received your item after 8 weeks for international shipments, and 2 weeks for domestic ones. I want to ensure you will get your product, and we will work to resolve the issue together if you have not received the product by that time!
